We are in-network with several PPO insurance companies and offer payment options to make treatment accessible to everyone.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. Co-payments are required at the start of treatment.
Most PPO insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to our office.
